Located within the city limits of Denver, the Capitol Hill real estate community is a sought-after investment for potential home buyers in the northern Colorado area. The Capitol Hill community is situated within the major areas of Denver and is bordered by Broadway, 6th Avenue, Colfax and Downing Street. These areas receive a great deal of traffic throughout the day, but the neighborhood is set somewhat apart from the roads.
